Modern facilities like a clean swimming pool and a play area add to the appeal, and many enjoy having fresh bread and croissants delivered to their pitch each morning. However, the sanitary blocks receive mixed feedback; while some find them well-maintained, others report missing toilet seats, no hand dryers or paper towels, and occasional shortages of toilet paper until mid-morning.
