Guests consistently describe the setting as a serene haven where the only sounds are birdsong and rustling leaves, making it ideal for relaxation. The heated swimming pool is a standout feature, maintained to a high standard and complemented by a convivial bar and restaurant serving quality local fare, including excellent mussels and popular pizza nights. Fresh bread and pastries are delivered daily to pitches and chalets, adding a thoughtful touch that guests love. The pitches are spacious, well-shaded by trees, and often separated by hedges, offering excellent privacy even during peak season. The owners and staff are repeatedly praised for their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care, creating a welcoming environment that appeals equally to couples, families, and solo travelers. Dogs are accepted, and the site includes a playground, games room, library, and pétanque court for entertainment. The surrounding area is rich with attractions such as Rocamadour, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, and canoeing on the Lot River, all within easy reach. However, access roads are narrow and steep, making the site challenging for large caravans and motorhomes. The sanitary facilities, while generally clean, are limited in number and can feel dated; some guests note that toilets and showers are insufficient during busy periods and that the single block is far from some pitches. Chalets and some accommodations are in need of renovation, with issues like windows that don't open and dated kitchens. Mosquitoes can be a nuisance, though UV lamps help.
