The sanitary facilities come in private units with a sink, toilet, and shower, along with large hooks for hanging items. While the units are compact, causing the toilet area to get wet and making it tricky to dry off and dress hygienically, they remain clean and pleasantly warm. Separate washing-up and laundry areas are also kept clean and tidy. Situated in a beautiful region with dramatic elevation changes, the campsite serves as an excellent base for cycling and hiking adventures. It is an ideal escape for those seeking tranquility, particularly retirees or couples without children. During September, the on-site restaurant was closed, and there was no entertainment program available. The campsite offers a quiet atmosphere that suits adults looking for relaxation. The overall experience is calm and low-key, perfect for a restful getaway. However, recent reviews note that the sanitary facilities are compact and arranged as mixed zones, blending toilets and showers together, which makes it impossible to enjoy a refreshing shower in peace. The facilities show their age, with mold appearing in corners, and there is no soap or toilet paper provided. Only two dishwashing sinks offer cold water, while all other sinks lack hot water as well. An extra charge is required to rinse the chemical toilet after emptying it, which feels excessive given the overall condition. The bread roll service is acceptable, but the campsite fails to meet expected standards for a three-star rating.
