Nestled in a picturesque village alongside a church and a river, this campsite offers a serene setting with local charm. The owners and guardians are exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a warm welcome. The spacious, shaded pitches are appreciated, especially for a quiet overnight stop. However, the sanitary facilities are outdated, poorly maintained, and require a long walk from many pitches, with plumbing issues that make them unsanitary. The site has a neglected appearance, cluttered with permanent caravans, and does not meet its claimed three-star rating. Free WiFi is available but slow, and check-in can be impersonal. Guests can easily empty chemical toilets and refill fresh water. The surrounding area is pleasant, but the overall condition and high rates disappoint many. It is suitable for a brief stay, not an extended vacation or ACSI certification. The atmosphere is peaceful, ideal for those seeking tranquility, but the amenities have not kept pace with standards. Bread can be ordered from the bar across the road. The value for money is considered poor given the facilities.
