This small campsite offers a prime seaside location with a beautiful sandy beach where you can step directly into the sea, making it a tempting spot for a coastal getaway. A convenient bus stop just a few hundred meters away provides easy access to the lively city of Split, while daily bike rides to Omiš along the river are a popular guest activity. A small supermarket is located very nearby, and a larger shopping option is available in Omiš. Several dining options are within walking distance, with additional restaurants just across the street or in Omiš. The campsite owner and her assistant have historically ensured everything remains clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere that encourages longer stays. However, recent reports paint a troubling picture, with significant issues plaguing the sanitary facilities. The women's toilet and shower area lacks a proper entrance door, replaced only by a shower curtain that offers no privacy from outside. After a discussion with staff, a makeshift curtain was eventually installed but remains a poor solution. The men's WC is inconveniently located away from the showers, adding to the frustration. While the direct beach access and freedom to pick your own pitch remain appealing, the lack of basic privacy and inadequate facilities overshadow these benefits. The welcoming atmosphere of the past now feels overshadowed by serious maintenance concerns. Guests are drawn to the beach and nearby attractions but must brace for discomfort in the most basic amenities. The campsite still enjoys a tremendous location by the sea, yet the overall experience is now heavily compromised by the facility shortcomings. Without significant improvements, the charm of the beach cannot compensate for the lack of proper sanitary privacy.
