The manager, Rafiq, is consistently praised for his exceptional hospitality, friendliness, and dedication, going out of his way to ensure guests are happy and even arranging personal touches like a memorable anniversary dinner. The site enjoys a strategic location just 200 meters from the beach and within easy walking distance of a well-stocked supermarket and a variety of good restaurants. A standout feature is its direct access to a flat, scenic former railway line converted into a cycling path that stretches about 26 kilometers from Imperia to Sanremo, passing through tunnels and charming seaside towns. The on-site restaurant receives excellent reviews, particularly for its delicious, reasonably priced pizzas, though there is no proper bar or full restaurant service. The sanitary facilities are a mixed bag: some guests praise the clean and modern renovated block, while others report poor cleaning, inconsistent hot water, and showers that require tokens which some find overpriced. Pitches are often described as small and tight, with limited shade, and the site is dominated by mobile homes and permanent caravans, leaving touring pitches scattered in between.
