Access problems have been noted, including a delivery truck blocking the entrance for 1.5 hours and a gate barrier failure in the evening with no contact available. The swimming pool has raised hygiene concerns, with brown, unclean water, and lifeguards often absent or swimming themselves. The pool deck has slippery, dangerous conditions from melamine plates.
