The staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, particularly the owners who go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. However, the site operates under a strict set of rules: the barrier closes at 8 PM sharp, arrivals and departures are not permitted after that time, and staff handle all caravan placement and electricity connections.
