The staff, particularly the manager, are exceptionally welcoming and helpful, often going out of their way to accommodate guests, such as facilitating pitch changes. The nearby village of Tennie is charming, and its local bakery is a highlight for its friendly service and fresh goods. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy hiking and fishing opportunities in the area. However, the campsite struggles with maintenance; many guests report that the showers and toilets are not properly maintained and appear unclean. The sanitary blocks are basic and in need of modernization, with one block even closed due to a broken water heater. Guests should bring their own toilet roll, as it is not always provided. Some water taps and electrical hookups have been found non-functional, and the grass is not always well-kept. The WiFi is advertised but often unavailable, which has disappointed several visitors. Play areas for children, including ping-pong tables and equipment, are in poor condition. Certain chalets, especially chalet 22, have been described as dilapidated and dirty, lacking basic amenities like blankets. The waste disposal area for motorhomes lacks a clean water hose. Bedding receives mixed reviews, with some finding it comfortable but others noting a lack of upkeep.
