The pool still pleased seniors seeking calm. The beautiful surroundings are ideal for cycling, though e-bikes are recommended. By 2023, experiences soured due to poor reception service, misleading information about facilities, and a lack of staff responsiveness. The reserved pitch was near an inadequate toilet block lacking showers, and advertised restaurant opening dates were incorrect. Despite some clean main toilets, the site failed to meet basic expectations for accuracy and upkeep.
