Several dog owners report that the current manager enforces a segregation policy, placing canine guests in less desirable areas with falling pine cones and dripping trees, despite charging the same fee. Long-time returning guests with dogs have been told they can choose to stay in these inferior spots or go elsewhere, a policy they find deeply disrespectful and discriminatory. One visitor noted that while the manager's own dog was seen off-leash, all other dogs were required to be leashed.
