Staff are described as unhelpful and focused solely on charging for every small thing, with an attitude that lacks any genuine willingness to assist. Pricing is considered extremely high, far exceeding the value of what is provided, leading to a strong sense of being overcharged. During transitional periods, such as mid-June, guests have been charged high-season rates while many facilities remain closed, including the pool, restaurant, bar, shop, and water park. The overall atmosphere is soulless, with a focus on permanent annual pitches rather than welcoming short-term campers. Shade is scarce, making the heat intense and uncomfortable throughout the day. Sanitary facilities are often dirty, lacking both light and toilet paper, with weak hand dryers and no paper towels available. Toilet paper is placed outside the toilets, with very limited supply. There is no chemical toilet disposal facility and no waste disposal nearby. Electric hookups at the pitch may not function, forcing guests to seek connections from neighboring sites. WiFi does not reach the pitches, leaving campers without reliable internet access. The entrance to the pitch requires driving over a 10 cm high concrete threshold, creating an inconvenience. The entire camping area falls into complete darkness at night, creating an insecure and unwelcoming atmosphere. On-site shop hours are very limited, compounding the lack of amenities.
