This campsite is celebrated for its stunning seaside location, offering a fine sandy beach and crystal-clear sea that is rare in Italy. The Beach Bar Pegaso and beachfront restaurant are highly recommended for their ambiance and service. The reception staff are friendly and multilingual, but some male staff members have been described as grumpy. The toilet and shower facilities provide excellent water pressure and warm water, though they can be poorly maintained at times. The access road is very steep with tight hairpin bends, posing challenges for large caravans or motorhomes. The site is considered one of the most beautiful in Apulia, with a well-maintained layout and welcoming atmosphere. However, many guests find it significantly overpriced, especially in the late season when facilities like the restaurant may be closed. Pitches can be uneven and require leveling wedges, and sunbeds and umbrellas are not included in the price. The on-site minimarket is well-stocked and sells fresh bread. Mobile phone reception is very poor except on the beach. The restaurant service can be inconsistent, with some guests receiving complimentary drinks while others do not. Overall, while the setting is exceptional, the value for money is considered poor, and some travelers would not return due to the high costs and variable amenities.
