The surrounding landscape is beautiful, with a river where children can play and a swimming pool that is fun for kids up to about ten years old. The nearby village of Arco is lively and well-equipped with all desired amenities. The pitches are grassy and provide both sun and shade, with reliable electricity and water hookups. There is an on-site grocery shop that stocks basic necessities and fresh bread rolls, along with a free freezer and rental refrigerators. The atmosphere is notably quiet, making it a place guests happily return to. However, the sanitary facilities are a major drawback: the main toilet block is dated and lacks toilet seats, while a newer block is better equipped. Cleanliness is inconsistent, with reports of mold, soap scum, and limescale even early in the season. The management seems to neglect hygiene, which diminishes the overall value despite the good location and facilities. Cycling enthusiasts will find excellent routes both toward Lake Garda and northward. The area is well-suited for family outings, as children can enjoy the river and pool.
