The sanitary facilities are consistently warm and clean, and the staff are renowned for their friendliness, helpfulness, and genuine hospitality, often going out of their way to assist guests, such as driving them to town for a replacement mattress. Many visitors have extended their stays because of the pleasant atmosphere. The on-site bar and restaurant, though closed in the off-season, provide excellent dining in season, and the well-stocked supermarket offers fair prices. Even when these facilities are unavailable, a garage shop less than 2 km away covers essentials. The site is a favorite among hikers exploring the Pyrenees, especially during events like the Trail Aneto-Posets, which can temporarily increase crowds.
