This family-run campsite on Croatia's southern coast offers a peaceful base for exploring Dubrovnik and the Elaphiti Islands. The grounds are terraced, providing many pitches with stunning sea views and a choice between shaded or sunny spots. A motor mover can help with leveling, though some pitches feel quite tight and cramped. The beach is a steep, rough, ten-minute walk down a path past a small stream and waterfall; the reward is a lovely quiet cove with lifeguard supervision. A small year-round shop 300 meters away sells basic groceries and fresh bread each morning. A bus stop right outside the entrance connects to Dubrovnik in about 25 to 30 minutes, though the return can be crowded. The owners add a personal touch by ferrying guests to the Elaphiti Islands by boat. Three washing machines and a dryer are available for guest use. Sanitary blocks are dated but clean, with newer shower facilities in a second building. Nights are wonderfully quiet in most parts, though road noise can be an issue for pitches nearest the entrance. The staff are consistently friendly, active, and very helpful. The panoramic views from nearly every pitch are a highlight. For those seeking a tranquil coastal retreat with easy access to a historic city, this campsite delivers genuine charm and a welcoming atmosphere.
