Set in an atmospheric location, this family-run campsite offers a genuinely welcoming vibe, with staff consistently praised for being helpful and friendly. The owners take a hands-on approach, creating a personal touch that many visitors appreciate. A bread delivery service and a fruit-and-vegetable vendor add convenience, while the on-site kitchen (Konoba) receives excellent marks for its culinary quality. Proximity to the beach is a major draw, and there are even adult-only beach sections available. However, the overall experience is compromised by a serious need for renovation. The sanitary facilities are repeatedly described as old, damaged, and neglected, with an insufficient number to serve guests properly. Showers and toilets fall short of expectations, and cleanliness of the facilities has been flagged as poor. Electricity hookups are positioned inconveniently far from many pitches, adding to the hassle. The currency changeover has driven sharp price increases, making the restaurant almost unaffordable for many and significantly hurting the perceived value for money. As a result, many guests choose to cook their own meals rather than dine at the Konoba. The pitches themselves could benefit from better maintenance and more practical layouts. Despite these drawbacks, some visitors still enjoy the atmosphere and plan return visits, citing the potential of the location. But for the campsite to consistently meet modern standards, substantial improvements, especially to aging infrastructure, are clearly needed.
