The sanitary facilities are consistently top-notch, praised for their modern design and cleanliness, with spacious toilets and unlimited showers. The on-site restaurants offer hearty German food at good value, and a snack bar is also highly recommended. Staff are friendly and welcoming, with an efficient automatic license plate recognition system for access. The site is well-maintained, quiet, and safe, with a lovely view over the lake and a designated swimming area. However, there are some drawbacks: strict checkout policies with a barrier closing after 11:00 am, leading to extra charges for late departures; waste disposal available only for a few hours per day; and limited designated tent pitches, as the site primarily caters to motorhomes and caravans. Some guests noted that entering after noon is not allowed, and there is nudist recreation around the lake, though not on the campsite. Despite these issues, the overall experience is highly positive, with many guests vowing to return. Public transport connections and nearby shops and thermal baths add convenience, making it a top-tier choice for a pleasant stay, though not inexpensive.
