The staff are exceptionally friendly and keep the entire site, including the sanitary facilities, spotlessly clean. For meals, there is a restaurant serving hearty home-style cooking and a kiosk for quick snacks. Recreational options include boat rental, volleyball, table tennis, and fishing. However, the experience can vary significantly. The layout is somewhat disorganized, with many permanent pitches that appear neglected, though the touring pitches are nicer and separate. Be prepared to pay extra for electricity and hot water. The access road features cobblestone sections that demand very careful, slow driving to avoid damage. While one guest with a large group had a superb experience, another reviewer strongly advises against staying here. The reception staff are friendly but only speak German. Sanitary facilities are generally adequate and in good condition. The natural setting is great for lakeside walks. Overall, this campsite is decent for a short stay of a few nights, but expectations may differ widely by pitch and season.
